竹永盛汽門導管製造在尺寸及品質上皆有一定的水準，使汽門導管可直接裝置在汽缸頭上無須額外加工。

  汽門導管之材質採用鑄鐵及青銅合金。鑄鐵(FC-25)，其硬度達HRB90-100，具耐磨、耐熱性質。青銅合金(錳青銅,鋁青銅和磷青銅)，其硬度達 HRB85-105，具長時間抗磨損及耐熱的性質。可減少在引擎汽門高度活動下的磨損。

青銅汽門導管生產過程採用CNC電腦車床生產，確保產品品質能達到OEM的水準，並廣泛的運用在各式引擎上。

 VALVE GUIDE

Tsu Yun Sen valve guides are manufactured with particular standard of tolerance and quality, for this reason they can be installed directly into the cylinder head without extra work.

The material of VALVE GUIDE is “CAST IRON” & “BRONZE ALLOY”. The material of cast iron (FC-25), the hardness reaches HRB90-100, anti-wear and Heat-resisting. The material of bronze alloy Manganese Bronz,Aluminum Bronz, and Phosphor the hardness reaches HRB85-105, Long-wearing and Heat-resisting. These features can reduce the wear of Engine Valve.

The processing of “Bronze VALVE GUIDE” shall be adopted with CNC computer automatic lathe to ensure that the quality of the products shall be reached the standard of O.E.M., and used by all kind of Engine.
